PropShare Celestia is the third offering from Property Share Investment Trust, India’s first SEBI-registered small and medium REIT. The development covers approximately 2,07,838 sq. ft. and hosts three established managed office and co-working operators: Smartworks Coworking Spaces Limited, EFC Limited (both publicly listed), and Paragraph Khajanchi Business Centre LLP, a prominent co-working provider in Ahmedabad. Together, these operators cater to a diverse group of 10 end occupiers. The tenant mix includes well-known names such as Tech Mahindra, alongside a US-based professional services firm, a private sector Indian bank, a B2B e-commerce company, a risk management and financial analytics firm, and a data analytics and business intelligence company. This diversified occupancy base contributes to stable and reliable income generation for investors.
