TopFund ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website topfund.in and use our services. Please read this policy carefully. By using our platform, you agree to the practices described herein.

• Payment information (processed securely via Stripe — we do not store card data)

2.3 Portfolio & Financial Data

If you use our Portfolio Tracker, we store the portfolio data (stocks, quantities, purchase prices) you voluntarily enter, used solely to provide the portfolio analytics service. It is never sold or shared with third parties.

2.4 PAN Number (IPO Allotment Check)

If you use our IPO Allotment Checker, you may voluntarily provide your PAN (Permanent Account Number) so we can look up your application status against registrar/exchange records on your behalf. We store the PAN you submit so you don't have to re-enter it on future allotment checks; it is never displayed back to you or anyone else in full — only a masked form (e.g. AB XXXXX 123) is shown anywhere in the product. Your PAN is never included in a page URL and is submitted only over HTTPS. You can remove a saved PAN at any time from Settings, which permanently deletes it from our database.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide our services: Displaying personalized dashboards, watchlists, and AI analysis.
• To improve our platform: Analyzing usage patterns to enhance features.
• To send communications: Service updates, security alerts, and (with your consent) newsletters.
• To process payments: TopFund has no paid plans today — every feature is free. If we introduce one, payments would be processed via Stripe, and this section would describe that in detail before it goes live.
• To comply with law: Meeting legal obligations and responding to lawful requests.
• To display advertising: TopFund may use Google advertising services after approval and activation. At present, Google AdSense advertising is not active. Section 4 below will be updated to describe the actual implementation once it is.

TopFund may use Google advertising services after approval and activation. At present, Google AdSense advertising is not active — no ads are served on TopFund today. Once approved and live, AdSense may use cookies and web beacons to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites, and this section will be updated to describe the actual implementation.

You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting www.google.com/settings/ads or www.aboutads.info/choices/ . Our Privacy Policy does not apply to Google's data collection and use practices. Please review Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy .

TopFund has no paid plans today, so Stripe is not currently receiving any of your data — it's listed in our systems for if/when we introduce one.

• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")

8. Data Security

We implement security measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit and bcrypt password hashing for account credentials. Despite these measures, no internet transmission or storage system is 100% secure. We encourage strong, unique passwords for your account.

9. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately.

10. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law.

• Account data — retained for the duration of your account. Deleted within 30 days of account closure upon request.
• Server & access logs — retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes, then automatically purged.
• Contact form submissions — retained for up to 12 months, then deleted.
• Cookie & analytics data — Google Analytics data retention is set to 14 months. AdSense cookie data is governed by Google's own retention policy.
• Newsletter subscriptions — retained until you unsubscribe. Deleted within 7 days of unsubscribe request.
