Market data is sourced from NSE, BSE, AMFI, and other third-party providers under applicable licenses.

You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires our express written consent.

TopFund displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. These ads are governed by Google's advertising policies. We do not control the content of third-party ads. By using this platform, you acknowledge that:

• We are not responsible for the content or claims of any third-party advertisements

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopFund and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any investment decision made based on information obtained from the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000 (whichever is less).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TopFund from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Your use of TopFund is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
