A rules-based composite of GMP, subscription demand, anchor participation and comparable-IPO history — each weighted as shown above. Not a statistically validated probability, a guarantee of listing performance, or personalized investment advice.
Limitations: weights are fixed by TopFund, not backtested against outcomes; the "Historical Similar-IPO Performance" factor needs at least 3 comparable past listings and falls back to a broader, less specific cohort when this sector/type doesn't have enough; GMP and subscription data can change daily right up to listing day, so scores shown may already be stale — check the "as of" date above.

Grey Market Premium, Explained
The grey market refers to the unofficial trading of shares before they are listed on the stock exchange. Investors often look at the grey market premium (GMP) to gauge potential demand for an IPO. A positive GMP suggests strong interest, while a negative or low GMP may indicate weak demand. However, trading in the grey market is not regulated, and prices can be volatile.
Who This IPO Suits
Investors comfortable with short-term volatility and a long-term horizon typically weigh IPOs like this against their financial goals and risk tolerance. Consider the company's business model, market position, and growth prospects when evaluating the investment.
Who May Want to Wait
Those who prefer stable investments with low volatility may want to avoid IPOs like this, as they can experience significant price fluctuations in the early days of trading. Additionally, investors who are not familiar with the jewellery sector or its market dynamics might find this IPO less suitable.
IPO Timeline, Explained
The IPO opens for subscription on 28 October 2026 and closes on 30 October 2026. Allotment of shares will be done on 2 November 2026, with the listing date scheduled for 4 November 2026.
Listing Gains — The Risk
Listing-day gains can be unpredictable. While some investors may profit from a surge in share price on the first day of trading, others may experience losses if the stock performs poorly. Factors influencing listing gains include market conditions, investor sentiment, and the company's fundamentals. It's important to approach listing-day trading with caution.
