Profit after tax for the quarter stood at $0.06 million down as against $0.12 million.
Annual recurring revenue stood at $12.15 million while the unexecuted order book was at $152.3 million, the company said in an exchange filing.
The filing also read that the company has adopted the New Tax Regime effective from the Tax Year 2026·27 resulting in a tax impact of $0.22 million in the Profit and Loss Account and tax reversal Impact of $0.03 million in the other comprehensive income (OCI), during the current quarter.
The company also announced the appointment of Gayathri R as Chief Financial Officer.

Shares of Ramco Systems on the NSE closed at ₹789.25 down 3.33 per cent or ₹27.20 on Thursday.
