Design and technology services provider Tata Elxsi on Tuesday reported an 18.17 per cent increase in net profit to Rs 170.59 crore during the June quarter of FY27, driven by growth in key verticals and strong deal execution.

The company had posted a profit of Rs 144.36 crore in the same quarter of the preceding fiscal, according to a regulatory filing.

Tata Elxsi’s revenue from operations rose 14.46 per cent to Rs 1,021.1 crore in Q1 FY27, compared to Rs 892.09 crore in Q1 FY26.

On a quarter-on-quarter basis, the company’s revenue grew by 2.7 per cent. However, its net profit declined by 22.58 per cent.

L&T Technology Services (LTTS) on Tuesday posted around 13 per cent increase in June quarter consolidated net profit at Rs 357 crore.

The company had posted a net profit of Rs 316.1 crore in June quarter FY26, a regulatory filing said.

Revenue from operations increased by 11.5 per cent to Rs 2,940 crore during the quarter from Rs 2,637.5 crore a year ago.

“The strategic actions undertaken as part of our Lakshya 31 agenda are beginning to translate into tangible business outcomes, reflected in healthy quarterly growth and sustained margin improvement. EBIT margins improved 200 basis points year-over-year to 15.7 per cent,” CEO and Managing Director, Amit Chadha said. - PTI

Manaksia Coated Metals & Industries reported standalone net profit for the quarter ended June 2026 at Rs 14.16 crore compared to Rs 14.10 crore in the same quarter last year.

Sensex ended 561.46 pts or 0.72% lower at 77,054.94, and Nifty 50 settled at 24,052.05, down 158.95 pts or 0.66%.

Pharma, healthcare and metal indices outperformed, while all other indices ended in red. Realty and banking stocks depreciated the most.

Jindal Saw posted standalone net profit for the quarter ended June 2026 at Rs 109.77 crore (down nearly 70%) from Rs 363.94 crore posted in June 2025 quarter.

SG Finserve Ltd posted net profit for the quarter ended June 2026 at Rs 43.68 crore compared to Rs 24.51 crore in the same quarter last year.

Board granted in-principle approval for evaluating the acquisition of 51% stake in Succesship Technologies Private Limited, with an overall maximum investment of ₹20 Crore; and granted in-principle approval for exploring the establishment of a Finance Company in GIFT City as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

Shares rose over 3% to Rs 638.85 on the NSE.

At 2 pm, Sensex traded 496.69 pts or 0.64% lower at 77,119.71; and Nifty 50 was down 145.80 pts or 0.60% to 24,065.20. 

Landmark Cars: Total revenue from operations (including agency sales) in Q1FY27 stood at Rs 1,733 crore compared to Rs 1,415 crore in Q1FY26.

HCL Tech retained its FY27 constant currency revenue growth guidance of 1-4 per cent and EBIT margin guidance of 17.5-18.5 per cent, SBI Sec. noted.
