Vishal Mega Mart’s consolidated PAT increased 25.5% to Rs 258.77 cr in Q1FY27 as against Rs 206.07 cr in Q1FY26.

Meanwhile, standalone PAT dipped to Rs 173.19 crore in Q1.

PVR INOX reported standalone PAT of Rs 51.6 crore in Q1FY27 as against loss of Rs 51.2 crore in Q1FY26.

Adani Green Energy shares declined 4% to Rs 1,411.90 on the NSE at 12.20 pm, hitting a low of Rs 1,391.60.

It reported a 19 per cent year-on-year increase in consolidated profit at​₹983 crore in Q1FY27.​

Sensex traded 210.85 pts or 0.27% lower at 76,544.20 at 12.13 pm, Nifty 50 was down 62 pts or 0.26% to 23,934.25.

Cipla reported 33.8% decline in standalone net profit to Rs 862.16 crore in Q1FY27 as against Rs 1,303.13 crore in Q1FY26.

Shares traded at Rs 1392 on the NSE, down 1.63%.

HPCL shares fell close to 5 per cent on Thursday after it reported a consolidated net loss of around ₹12,265 crore in Q1 FY27, as the West Asia conflict pushed up crude oil prices while PSU OMCs sold petrol, diesel and LPG below market cost, impacting margins.

Nestle India shares were down 2% to Rs 1,465.20 on the NSE after rising to Rs 1,503.50 from the previous close of Rs 1,493.60.

It posted a consolidated net profit of ₹958.68 crore in the June quarter,​rising 48%.​

NTPC Green Energy shares surge 9% after strong Q1 results, reporting a net profit increase and new investment plans.

IndusInd Bank shares fell over 6% to Rs 1,002.40 on the NSE, ​despite a 72 per cent jump in its consolidated profit after tax to Rs 1,037.05 crore for the June quarter​

Oracle Financial shares traded flat at Rs 10.949 on the NSE at 10.40 am, hitting a high of Rs 11,395 from the previous close of Rs 10,851.

It reported standalone PAT of Rs 1363.6 crore in Q1FY27 as against Rs 587.2 crore in Q1FY26.

The board noted that Makarand Padalkar, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company tendered his resignation which will be effective from of the end of the day of July 23, 2026.
