Naturis Cosmetics raises ₹100 cr in funding round led by Sharrp ventures

Naturis Cosmetics, an Indian contract development and manufacturing organisation (CDMO) in the beauty and personal care (BPC) sector, has raised ₹100 crore in its first external funding round.
The investment was led by Sharrp Ventures, with participation from Mirabilis Investment Trust (the family office of Infosys Co-founder K Dinesh), Anicut Capital, Niveshaay, and D2C sector investors including Suyash Saraf and Yogesh Kabra.
The company has recorded a revenue growth of over 50 per cent CAGR over the last four years. It will use the new capital to expand its manufacturing footprint and establish an original design manufacturing (ODM) platform.
Over the next five years, Naturis plans to expand into men’s grooming, body care, color cosmetics, fragrances, and export markets.
Infrastructure plans include a new 225,000 sq ft production facility in Vapi, an experience centre in the NCR, and an R&D hub in Mumbai. Following the funding round, Sagar Kandhari, Partner at Ambassador Capital Partners, has joined the company’s Board of Directors.

According to a Redseer Report, India’s BPC market is projected to reach $40 billion by 2030. This growth is increasing the domestic demand for manufacturing partners.
Naturis is led by Tandon, an IIT Delhi alumnus, alongside co-founders Sanjay Mehra, Nukul Mehra, and Dhruv Mehra. The company currently operates a 200,000 sq ft facility with a capacity of 84 million units and manufactures products for over 50 BPC and D2C brands, including Nykaa, Purplle, Pilgrim, Kay Beauty, and Colorbar.
The company also partners with pharmaceutical firms like Glenmark and Dr Reddy’s Laboratories for cosmeceuticals.
