The stock has fallen nearly 20 per cent over the past month and is down 9.68 per cent year-to-date, against a Nifty 50 YTD decline of 7.49 per cent. It trades well below its 52-week high of ₹91.50 hit in October 2025, though above its 52-week low of ₹44.02. Total market capitalisation stands at approximately ₹391 crore.
The company said the fresh debt capital would be deployed to expand lending to small and micro-entrepreneurs in rural and semi-urban India. Moneyboxx currently operates over 150 branches across 12 States and offers secured and unsecured business loans ranging from ₹1 lakh to ₹25 lakh targeting segments such as livestock, kirana retail and small manufacturers.
The company is backed by 34 lenders, including State Bank of India, HDFC Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank, and has raised over ₹1,500 crore in debt to date. The stock carries a notably elevated P/E ratio of 370.06 and trades with a price band of 20 per cent, with annualised volatility at 52.16 per cent.
