Earnings before interest tax depreciation and amortisation grew 19 per cent to ₹292 crore, the company said.
ITC Hotels also announced acquisition of a 100 per cent stake in Welcomhotel Ahmedabad for an enterprise valuation of ₹155 crore. It currently operates the hotel under an operating services agreement. The acquisition is expected to be completed within the current quarter.
