EQUIPPP Social Impact Technologies Limited signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Telangana State Legislature Secretariat on Thursday, July 16, 2026, to build, operate, and transfer 119 Constituency Development & Sustainability Bridge Foundations, one for each Assembly Constituency in the state.
The MoU was exchanged at the Telangana Legislative Assembly between Vindhya Dronamraju, Whole-Time Director of EQUIPPP, and Rendla Thirupathi, Secretary to Legislature (Assembly), in the presence of senior legislators including Legislative Council Chairman Gutha Sukender Reddy, Assembly Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar, and IT and Legislative Affairs Minister D Sridhar Babu.
The Foundations will be structured as independent non-profit Section 8 organisations under the Companies Act, acting as intermediaries between MLAs, government departments, corporates, CSR bodies, NGOs, academia, and diaspora networks. Under the arrangement, elected representatives will serve as “Constituency Development Champions,” limited to identifying priorities and facilitating partnerships, with no role in financial or operational management.
As part of the initiative, EQUIPPP will develop a Constituency Development Exchange (CDX), a media and collaboration platform enabling MLAs to pitch constituency requirements to development agencies and investors. The company will also deploy AI Social-Tech Professionals to support project planning, monitoring, and impact reporting, trained in partnership with academic and technology institutions.
An AI-powered dashboard will offer constituency-level progress tracking for authorised stakeholders. The MoU explicitly states there is no financial obligation on the Telangana government; funding will be sourced through impact investments, CSR contributions, grants, and philanthropic support. Once the Foundations reach sustainable scale, EQUIPPP will transfer them to the state government.
EQUIPPP shares were trading at ₹23.99 on the NSE at midday on Thursday, up 1.52 per cent from the previous close, with a market capitalisation of approximately ₹247 crore.
