OYO parent Prism files updated papers for ₹6,650-cr IPO; existing investors not to sell stake

According to the Updated DRHP filed on Tuesday, Prism may also undertake a pre-IPO placement of up to ₹1,330 crore before filing the RHP. If completed, the amount raised through the fresh issue will be reduced accordingly.
